Surface Coating / Surface Film Adhering

Items：All sorts of food trays, frozen trays, hot dog trays, microwave food trays, baking trays, lunch boxes and so forth.

Traits：
( 1 ) The products are waterproof, oil resistant,
        ovenproof, anti-vapor, and anti-freeze.
( 2 ) Rice and food do not adhere on the surface of
        product.
( 3 ) Environmental-Protection pulp products can
        degrade automatically and be burnt without
        generating any harm.
( 4 ) Apply the waste of plants' fibers, such as fibers
        of palms and bagasse , to reduce the costs of
        materials.
( 5 ) Coat the products on the two sides. The paper
        powder does not spill.
( 6 ) Traits of film adhering：
        PE-Waterproof, Oil-Resistant。
        CPP-Moisture-Proof, Heat-Resistant(<150℃),
        Non-Toxic, Non-Odor,Microwavable.
        C-PET、PBT-Good in Heat- Resistant(<220℃),
        Non-Toxic, Non-Odor, can be used.　
        PLA-Heat-Resistant(＜100℃), can be dissolved
        automatically.

Baking Frozen Food
Samples:Frozen Pizza (Half-Baked) Condition:200℃ x 20min(Temperature /Time ) Process:





※ Directly set the pulp food tray on which frozen pizza is put into the oven and bake the pizza. ※ After 20 minutes, the front and back sides become crisp. Food does not stick on the surface of the tray and can be withdrawn from the tray easily. ※ Through baked with high-temperature, the food tray does not become deformed or burnt.

Steaming Frozen Food
Sample: Frozen Steamed Dumplings (Raw) Condition: 100℃ x 15min(Temperature / Time) Process:





※ Directly set the pulp food tray on which frozen pizza is put into the steamer and steam the steamed dumplings. ※ After 15 minutes, the soup still remains in the steamed dumplings. Even if the dumplings are moved acutely, they are not broken and the soup and oil do not leak. ※ The steamed dumplings are easily clipped by chopstick and do not stick on the paper pulp tray. ※ When encountering the heat vapor, the paper pulp tray is not damped, discolored and distorted.
